Community, I am Adrienne Guerrero. As many of you know, Tom Rosenak and I partnered up three years ago (yes, during the Pandemic) with a vision to build this community focused on collaboration and partnership, and the merging of strengths for an even stronger pulse toward the practice of people-focused leadership. Today, I am excited to share with you my reflection on my colleague and friend, Tom.

With kindness and patience, he sees ahead what might be holding you back, but instead of telling you (I don’t think I’ve once heard him say “you should…”), he asks questions you would not consider yourself and then waits patiently while you work out your answer. 
• Thoughtful – Tom is the philosopher between us. He can go deep and bring insightful reflection drawn from his deep spirituality and thorough study of philosophy. When you read our posts that are profound and robust with ancient wisdom, you can be sure it was penned by Tom. The value to his clients and colleagues is the breadth of knowledge he holds and draws upon but shares in a way so natural and conversational (I almost never need to scratch my head wondering what he means – well, maybe once, which is a good track record given how often we talk!)  
• • Generous – Tom is driven by generosity and an eagerness to support. He selflessly gives his time, energy, attention, and knowledge. He re-charges, to be sure, because he does practice what he teaches. He models how to discover what matters most to us, manage our energy, create and honor boundaries.
