The Results: Based on the poll results, it seems like “Employee Wellbeing/Engagement” is a significant concern for our community members, with 53% of respondents indicating this topic. However, we also received interest in other areas such as self-leadership strategy and effective work/hybrid reality. Here is the current breakdown:
